Delta SkyMiles members can directly donate unused miles to Make-A-Wish. Over the last five years, more than 384 million SkyMiles have been donated to the organization.
American AAdvantage members can donate their miles to the American Airlines Kids in Need Programsm which supports children’s organizations including Make-A-Wish. Visit aa.com/donate and select Kids in Need to donate your miles. In 2015, through the Kids in Need program, American donated 59 million miles to Make-A-Wish to help make wishes come true.

United Airlines MileagePlus members can directly donate miles to Make-A-Wish. Over the past five years, millions of United miles have been donated to the organization. Once United miles are donated to Make-A-Wish, they never expire.
